Bluone is a fully licensed and independent tour company in Bologna, owned by Marcello and Raffaella Tori.

Since 1995 Bluone has offered to small groups unforgettable authentic food and wine experiences in several regions of Italy, most off the beaten path, away from mass tourism, where you’ll feel immersed in true Italian life.
While specializeing in small, organized tours with specific itineraries, Bluone can also arrange for more tailored experiences and can work with larger groups for special occasions.

Marcello and Raffaella will welcome you on your arrival and make you feel like part of a family. Relax and enjoy yourself! Everything is arranged, from food and wine tastings to cooking lessons, visits to proud artisans and tireless farmers, who will open their houses for us, walks in the countryside and meanderings through beautiful unknown villages and places that you would not find on your own.
But not just food and wine: during Bluone tours there will be as well cultural visits to monuments and artistic sites and visits to one or more UNESCO sites.

When you leave you’ll take with you all the experiences and stories that people shared with you during the tour: precious traditions, lots of laughter, extraordinary local food delicacies, guarded secrets and recipes passed from generation to generation and, overall, lots of new friends.
