Casatori - Your Home in Bologna - Apartment for rental
The apartment Casatori is situated in the center of Bologna. It is a very pretty and romantic mansard roof apartment, perfect for couples in honeymoon, for families or friends. Bologna is the food paradise of Italy, here you can taste some of the most famous pastas, tortellini, tagliatelle, lasagna. Bologna is very well connected by train and so, one of the best locations where to stay and take day trips to visit Firenze (Florence), Venezia (Venice), Ravenna, Ferrara, Parma, Modena, Verona, Padova and other places in central Italy. facebook/CasatoriBologna

Melina's Fresh Pasta
Carmella Alvaro, owner at Melina's Fresh Pasta was in Bologna with us in 2010 for an intensive hand made pasta school. She made egg pasta with the rolling pin and all the possible shapes of pasta with a very big success! Her Italian DNA worked very well. After few months she opened Melina's Fresh Pasta that grew every day more. We are so proud of her, great worker, nice person, very able and fast learning.
Brava Carmella, you deserve your success!

Flour + Water - Restaurant in San Francisco
Looking for great, authentic pasta in America? Visit our favorite restaurant, Flour + Water in San Francisco. When Chef Thomas McNaughton was preparing to open this popular restaurant, he studied pasta-making right here in Bologna and stayed with us while perfecting his technique. Tom is great friend of Bluone.

Beads and Basil - Shannon Smith - Tulsa
Shannon has a great passion for cooking and travelling all around the world, and one of her trips took her in 2009 to Bologna and to Bluone.
After a day spent together for a cooking lesson and market visit, we became good friends and she could learn and take home a brilliant technique of pasta making. Thanks to her enthusiasm and to her talent, once home she shared what she learned with us with her friends and cooking students. Moreover, few months later our daughter Francesca joined her for some weeks and they taught together cooking classes on tortellini and hand-made pasta in the US. Shannon was again  with us in Bologna for a tour in 2011, together with friends.

Brad Austin - Imaginative Florals - Hollywood
The first time we met Brad and his sweet mother Charlene was in 2006, for our tour in Le Marche. Since that time we have called him "Pane" (because "bread" is "pane" in Italian) and have became friends forever.
We met again in Bologna and in Hollywood (our daughter Francesca) and for us it is always like to see family.
We must not forget that Brad is an artist in his job and he is able to create absolutely amazing compositions with flowers and create a magic atmosphere for romantic and special weddings and for any other event.
