The Bologna food and wine tour in Emilia Romagna intends to show our guests the richness and loveliness of the countryside, the flavors of the food, the tradition of the cuisine including handmade pasta, the charm of Bologna, the beauty of the Byzantine mosaics in Ravenna and the passion of the artisans we visit.

Visits to charming villages off-the-beaten-path in the hills or on the Adriatic Sea, a cooking class with an Italian mama at her 150 year old farmhouse, visit of a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese maker and tasting of the cheese at different aging stages, traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena producer visit and tasting, winery visits and wine tastings of the local wines, including red and sparkling Lambrusco.
Tasting of prosciutto and culatello, prepared and aged with traditional expertise and loving care in the Parma area, a walking along the beach and seafood dinner.
