Aromatic Oil Recipe
Take a jug or a small bottle with a large mouth.
Clean all the aromatic herbs and dry them carefully in a cotton towel. Then, with the help of a pair of scissors, cut the rosemary brunches in pieces, then add all the other herbs, the chilly pepper and the garlic cloves already peeled.
Pour in the jug the olive oil until all the herbs are completely covered.
Then stir with a spoon and leave it at least for a day, covered.
Refill as needed to keep always the herbs under the level of the oil oil to preserve it.
You can use this oil as dressing for salad or other vegetables or meat.
