Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 gr. sugar
- 250 ml. whole cream
- 250 ml. milk
- vanilla flavor
- Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena for serving

Directions
Whip sugar and egg yolks.
Then add the cream, the milk and the vanilla.
Stir very well.
Pour everything in a ice-cream machine until it is done.
Serve the gelato just made
with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
