Robespierre Steaks with Herbs
Ingredients

 

  • 2 beef steaks with bones of about 400 gr. / .88 lb. each
  • extravirgin olive oil
  • sage, rosemary, thyme
  • salt as needed

 

Directions

Cook the beef steaks on the grill for few minutes or more,
depending on your taste.
In a baking casserole prepare the sauce with the olive oil and the herbs.
When the steaks are done, cut them in little slices,
put them in the casserole dish and salt.
Cook in the oven at 180 C/375 F for about 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
