SundayGet settled and welcome dinner, an intro to traditional regional Italian cuisine
Meeting at Senigallia train station or Ancona airport. Private transfer to our four star hotel, renowned for its outstanding service. From there you can admire beautiful views of the Adriatic sea and of the center of the town with the fortress, arched walkways and river promenade. Accommodation in your “prestige rooms” with lots of amenities.
Walk to a restaurant on the beach for our welcome dinner with full fish menu and many different mouthwatering courses!

Monday
- Cooking lesson on bread and visit of Ancona
After an extensive buffet breakfast drive along the coast to visit Portonovo, a pictoresque bay that seats at the bottom of the majestic forested mountain and offers extraordinary views of the neighboring coastline and the sea.
In the late morning drive to a farmhouse, owned by a very nice young couple, through the hills patchworked with gold and green fields, forests, orchards and wildflowers.
Italian cooking lesson at the farmhouse on bread and baking. We will prepare, among others, special spelt cookies. Tasty lunch of bread you made, vegetables, salumi, pecorino cheese, cereals, lentils accompained by the red wine Rosso Conero -produced by the family- with the couple at their beautiful home.
After lunch drive to Ancona, Le Marche capital. Guided visit of the historic center of the town with an English spaking guide.
Back to the hotel. Free time to stroll in the very pretty center of Senigallia.
Dinner free.

Tuesday - Truffle hunting with the dog and winery visit
In the morning drive to Acqualagna for a truffle hunting adventure with the truffle hunter and his highly-trained dogs in the forest.
Before lunch visit of a truffle products factory where they make truffle sauces, pasta with truffles and more products that you can purchase.
Lunch in family with the truffle hunter enjoying simple dishes with truffles.
Back to the hotel. In the afternoon drive to Loretello to visit a winery that produces the famous Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi and the ancient Oil of San Vito, known since Roman times. The Verdicchio vineyards are beside the Loretello Castle dating from the year 1000. Stop at a hamlet of 6 people!
Dinner at a typical trattoria in another small town of 10 people.

Wednesday - Wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting and cooking lesson
In the morning leave for Corinaldo, a jewel in the hills, jokingly called, “Town of the Crazy Ones”. Walking tour of this town. Then drive to visit Mondavio, another pretty hilltown.
Drive to Cartoceto for wine and extra virgin olive oil tastings. The owner will teach us how to taste this precious product during our light lunch based on cheeses and salumi. Cartoceto area produces the best extra virgin olive oil of Le Marche.
Back to Senigallia.
In the afternoon drive to a private home close to Senigallia for an Italian cooking lesson with Simonetta learning regional recipes. Dinner of your creations.

Thursday - Buy the fresh fish at the port and cooking lesson on fish
In the early morning walk to the port to buy fresh fish, just caught, directly from the fishermen boats for our afternoon cooking lesson.
Then time to stroll in the center of Senigallia. On thursday there is a beautiful typical Italian open market where you can walk and shop. Lunch on your own.
In the afternoon Italian cooking lesson based on fish dishes with a chef.
Dinner of your creations.

Friday - Fabriano paper museum and special farewell dinner in family
In the morning drive to Fabriano to visit the Paper Museum, famous among those who love quality paper, where they will show you all the stages of the paper manufacturing.
Light lunch. After lunch back to Senigallia.
In the late afternoon drive to the countryside at a private home close to Senigallia, that offers a panoramic view of the hills and the sea. We will explore the olive orchard, then have our farewell dinner enjoying grilled meat and vegetables country style served, if weather permits, outside in the patio. The evening will be accompained, for groups of 6-8 people at least, by a special typical Italian live music.

Saturday - Departure day
Departure from Ancona airport or Senigallia train station after breakfast at the hotel.
